Description

Prospective Bidders and all interested parties interested in accessing the plans, specifications, terms and conditions, proposals, and addenda must be registered as a Public Purchase Vendor, Hawaii Region, and Hawaii County Agency. Location- 101 Pauahi St Hilo, HI 96720 TMK: (3)2-2-015:033 This project generally consists of Basic Bid: removing and reroof entire "flat" roof areas over the Aupuni Center building, replace sloped rigid insulation material over existing wood plywood substrate, remove/replacing scupper and downspout throughout, replacing roof and overflow drains, remove/replacing metal reglets and flashing, replace gutters, remove/replace existing roof hatch and exterior duct work. The Work consists of Roof Replacement and variouos existing building improvements at the Aupuni Center, Hilo, Hawaii, Additive Alternates: No. 1 - Demolition of lower and upper soffit panels and lighting, installation of new fiber-cement soffit panels and new lighting as indicated in contract documents; No. 2 - Removal of existing recessed port cochere 2' x 4' lighting, installation of new recessed mount lighting and new surface mounted fixtures; and No. 3 - Exterior painting of building walls, columns, flashing, roofing, soffit areas, and areas as indicated in contract documents.
