2022 Top Coat Project

This project will combine four roads. North Pembroke Road which is approximately 4,971 feet long by 22 feet wide. It has approximately 6,354 square feet of driveway aprons that will need to be keyed in with a grinding method. Mountain Road which is approximately 2,931 feet long by 20 feet wide. It has approximately 2,756 square feet of driveway aprons that will need to be keyed in with a grinding method. Center Hill Road which is approximately 3,110 feet long by 20 feet wide. It has approximately 850 square feet of driveway aprons that will need to be keyed in with a grinding method. Echo Valley Road is approximately 2,151 long by 20 feet wide. It has approximately 1,392 square feet of driveway aprons that will need to be keyed in with a grinding method. The town of Epsom would like to have this project broken down with a cost per road. All four roads will need to be top coated with 1/2 inch top coat pavement 1 1/2 inches thick. Shoulders will need to be graveled with a 3/4 inch ledge pack material.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
