| Description | Scope: The Project includes to provide pressure washing of Bells, Northside, and Forest Hills Elementary. Examine the surfaces and identify any stains that are present. Remove all stains, gum spots, bird droppings. Etc. Contractor shall provide a list of all commercial products used and MSDS sheets prior to its use. Contractor may work during the day, at night, or on weekends. Must coordinate work schedule with the Director of Buildings and Grounds. |
