Glens Falls Market Center

The Glens Falls Market Center is a new construction project consisting of an approximately 6000 square foot enclosed multi-use pavilion and associated 30,500 square foot site work with limited site demolition, site utilities, paving and landscaping. This project is a Multi-Prime Contract subject to Section 106-b of the NYS General Municipal Law (Wicks Law) and also has M/WBE and SDVOB goals. A portion of this project is funded through Glens Falls recent downtown revitalization initiative grant. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after opening of bids.
