| Description | Request for Proposals Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the New Jersey Public School Contracts Law competitive contracting process, N.J.S.A. 18A:4.1 through 4.5, This RFP contains two distinct solar scenarios. Both scenarios are optional, so Proposers may respond to Scenario A only, Scenario B only, or a combination of Scenarios A and B. The Board reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received by the Board at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP.
