| Description | Citywide Recreation Center Fire Alarm System Reconstruction - this project will reconstruct existing or install new fire alarm systems in recreation facilities city wide. 1.Install new Fire Alarm System. 2. Disconnect and remove existing fire alarm system including all fire alarm device. 3. patch, Paint, Restore all walls/ceilings after removal and installation of devices. This procurement is subject to: -Participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013 - Project Labor Agreement Requirements Bidders are hereby advised that this contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Covering Specified Renovation and Rehabilitation of City Owned Buildings and Structures entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York ("BCTC") affiliated local unions. Please refer to the bid documents for further information. The Cost Estimate Range is: $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00 Substantial Completion is 730 consecutive calendar days |
