Scope of Work include, but is not limited to the following: HVAC upgrades to Hawthorne Elementary School. The work will occur at 2940 decatur street, keokuk, iowa 52632. The project consists of a new HVAC System include a new chiller, boilers, VAVs, and unit ventilators. there will be an upgrade to the fire alaram devices for voice annuniciation, a domestic water backflow preventor, replace and upgrade two 1957 electrical panels, new celling grid and tile and misc.
