| Description | The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit bids and establish a partnership with a vendor or multi vendors to provide: - Rates on new, state of the art, gymnasium bleachers. - Rates must also include removal and disposal of current (old) bleachers. - Each academy will require a walk-through survey by the vendor(s) to identify and cross check all specifications identified in Exhibit A. - Rates must reflect a “turnkey” price to include all minimum requirements identified in Exhibit A. - It is not mandatory to submit bids for each of the academies (one bid can be submitted for all but based on the specific needs of each building with a breakdown of individual building cost). |
