| Description | I-90 Incident Management Roadside safety enhancements include installations of advance warning signs with flashing beacons, road closure gates, electronic variable message signs (VMS), guardrail to shield the VMS structures, and upgrading wind speed gauge on the I-90 Incident Management project located in Broadwater, Gallatin, Park, Sweet Grass, Stillwater, and Yellowstone Counties The Question-and-Answer Forum opens at 5:00 p.m. on the bid letting advertisement date and closes at 10:00 a.m. on the Monday before the bid letting. If Monday is a state holiday, the forum will close on Friday before the bid letting at 3:00 p.m Contract specific goals are not placed on contracts; however, the Department has an overall 6.5% DBE goal it must achieve. |
