DHS Small Purchase CMHC Stormwater Drainage System

Stormwater drainage system, plumbing underground, drainage piping. The specs for the Storm-Water Drainage System, #4 Plumb underground drainage piping, are as listed below. 1) 27 roof gutters down spouts to be connected to storm drainage system. 2) Down spouts adapters shall be added to down spouts (4x6"). 3) Down spouts shall connect to PVC drainage piping (4" minimum). 4) approximately 800` of trenched in 4" PVC storm drainage pipe shall be added to direct water to storm drainage system. 5) Storm drain tie-ins will require concrete work (approximately 50 linear feet). 6) Install new storm drainage pipe beneath roadway to carry water away from facility and repair the disturned road (sized properly for flow). 7) Grade ground to eliminate low spots holding water and to promote proper drainage. 8) Spread grass seed at completion of project. Contractors shall also inspect drainage lines to ensure lines are intact (camera scope); and ensure drainage lines are able to keep up with storm water flow.
