Improvements include intersection upgrades, curb ramps, retaining wall and storm sewer. The project will be constructed under a detour. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
