| Description | Work includes the installation of approximately 3,400 square feet of new shingle roofing. The base bid work shall also include new eave and rake edge metal, gutter and downspouts, painting, and miscellaneous carpentry. Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Upgrades shall include removing the existing propane-fired heaters serving the woodshop and adding a forced-air cooling and heating system. An outdoor air handling unit will sit on the northeast face of the building located on a concrete housekeeping pad. A small exhaust fan shall be added to remove excess heat from the air compressor in the storage room. The primary goal is to provide an indoor environment conducive for producing wood signs all year round. |
