Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) is soliciting bids for Riverview Plaza Window and Exterior Door Replacement at Riverview Plaza, 310 East Ave., Elyria, Ohio 44035. Details will be available on the Housing Agency Marketplace beginning Friday, December 16, 2022, until and including Friday, January 20, 2023. Registration is required. The solicitation is only available for download from the Housing Agency Marketplace All questions must be in writing and emailed to procurement@lmha.org. LMHA is a political subdivision of the State of Ohio and is exempt from all taxes. Scope- Riverview Plaza Window and Exterior Door Replacement. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to provide the replacement of Riverview Plaza Windows and Exterior Doors as specified herein, and as detailed within Attachment(s) I and I-1, each attached hereto. Scope is to remove and replace windows and doors located within the exterior wall assembly. Along with limited removal and replacement of interior doors and windows within the front entree area. Patch and repair any materials and finishes damaged during construction. Contractor shall match finish and colors as selected by owner. this project consists of the removal and replacement of all existing windows and doors in the thirteen story tall brick and precast concrete residential apartment building. a. The Work consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, verification of existing conditions, cutting and patching, removals, etc., as required to complete repairs and replacement to/and of the above mentioned project, and other work as indicated on the Drawings and in these Specifications. The total project shall be completed within 180 days
