Description

Furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an Emulsified Maltene-Based Restorative Seal to the surface of bituminous pavements as a restorative seal. The restoration of bituminous pavement surfaces shall be by spray application of a catonic restoring emulsion specially designed for this function. The base used for the emulsion shall be naphthenic. All work shall be in accordance with the requirements, the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of these guidelines.
