Building Repairs and Campground Improvements-Top of the Pines

Work will be contracted under two Lump Sum Prime Contracts refer to the Bid Forms for more information. A. Selective demolition/removal of existing building(s); B. Asbestos abatement work in five structures and lead paint abatement in one cabin; C. Cast-in-place concrete for building, deck and porch foundations and site paving; D. Providing metal railings for stair systems; E. Constructing an open recreational hall structure around an existing fireplace and chimney structure; F. Providing Structural and siding repairs to and painting of 18 existing buildings in the campground including, but not limited to, a several recreation hall buildings, two latrine buildings, one shower building, and 11 camper cabins; G. Constructing exterior wood stair/porch additions on at least two existing buildings; H. Providing new electrical and lighting in several recreation hall buildings; I. Earth moving and rock removal; J. Providing sloping stone dust walk and concrete slab at lakeside dock access; and K. Re-grading/re-seeding and site restoration at building sites and a sloped access walk.
