1. Demolition - AA Cabin Service Building (Building 221) including foundation, Parking pavement (landside and airside), taxiway, apron, underground fuel storage tank, AOA fencing, and associated utilities. 2. New Design and Construction - Building 1 - approximately 196,000 gsf with a 34,000- mezzanine level, an adjacent parking lot for employee vehicles and semi-trailers, AOA fencing, utilities, and associated apron for 5 aircraft positions (3 for Building 1 and 2 Board Owned Positions). Building 2 - approximately 118,000gsf with a 25,000-mezzanine level , adjacent parking lot for employee vehicles and semi-trailers, AOA fencing, utilities, associated apron for 2 aircraft positions, and taxiway improvements.
