Engineering Services - Drain Water Building #23

The evaluation of the Drain Water Building #23 structure and recommendations of repairs to its building, walls, surrounding tanks, and concrete work. Major work/building modifications as part of the evaluation will be determined after a full condition assessment of the structure is performed. The project also will be to evaluate the MVSD`s options of treating and disposing of the recycle and decant flows from the operation of the plant and sludge lagoons. The options to be considered are the MVSD`s treating and disposing flows to Meander Creek, treating the flows and disposing them to the Meander Water Pollution Control Facility, sending these flows directly to the Meander Water Pollution Control Facility or treating the flows and returning it to the headworks of the plant.
