Shoreline Flats II

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Holland, Michigan. Working plans call for the construction of a 255,267-square-foot, three-story above grade, 239-unit multi-residential development; clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool. Project consists of 16 apartment buildings and associated site work. Addresses include: 1269 E 16th Street, 1245 E 16th Street, 1255 E 16th Street, and 313 Country Club Road. As of July 2022, the Holland Planning Commission heard the project on June 14, 2022 and approved the site plan with conditions and recommend to City Council. Architect and contractor have been determined.
