Provide and Install LED Replacement Outdoor Lighting for the Davisburg Garage

The project consists of the following specifications • All electrical work must be completed by a State of Michigan licensed electrician • Obtain and complete needed electrical permits and inspections for the project as required • Document current amp load to relays for lighting system banks • Power down and lock/out breakers for required lamp replacements • Unwire and remove existing wall packs, flood and pole lamps and arms • Install 12 Lithonia brand RSX3 o part number LITH RSX3 LED P2 50K R5 MVOLT AARP DDBXD • Install 13 Lithonia brand TWR2 o part number LITH TWR2 LED ALO 50K MVOLT DDBTXD • Install 7 Lithonia brand TWR1 o part number LITH TWR1 LED ALO 50K MVOLT DDBTXD • Install 2 Lithonia brand adapter o part number LITH AST20 190 DDB U slip fit single bolt on tenon adapter • Install 5 Lithonia brand adapter o part number LITH AST20 280 DDB U slip fit twin @ 180 degrees bolt on tenon adapter • Contractor will remove discarded fixtures from site and properly dispose of them daily during project • Reuse existing wiring between lighting and wall/pole as possible • Rewire per electrical code regulations • Return lighting system to operational status • Document new amp load to relays for lighting system banks • Minimum of a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer to the end user of the equipment for parts
