ROC Painting Project

Project consists of exterior painting of the EWEB Roosevelt Operations Center building. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, tools, machinery materials, transportation, mobilization/demobilization, equipment and services necessary for, and reasonably incidental to, the completion of all work in connection with the project described in the Contract, the General Conditions, all applicable special conditions, plans, specifications, or any supplementals The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all Work necessary so that the Project can be legally occupied and fully used for the intended use as set forth in the Contract Documents. First-tier Sub-contractor Disclosure Form (Section 00430) shall be submitted, preferably in a separate envelope by 4:00 PM PST, on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. DO NOT contact the project team without prior approval by the Purchasing Contact EWEB reserves the right to hold the bid security of all Bidders until the Notice to Proceed is issued or for ninety (90) calendar days after bid closing EWEB may cancel the Invitation to Bid or reject any or all bids pursuant to EWEB Rule 5-0440.
