RFP D/B - Golf Course Consultant

The City of Vidalia is seeking to construct a new eighteen (18) hole golf course that will be owned by the City of Vidalia and overseen and operated by an authority of appointed individuals by the Mayor and City Council of Vidalia. The City of Vidalia is seeking a Golf Course Architect to design and build an eighteen (18) hole municipal golf course on its property to include all eighteen (18) holes, a practice range, a putting green, a cart/equipment shelter, and a pro shop. The golf course will be designed to include irrigation that will be supplied by the city's water system. The City of Vidalia reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional bids and to reject the bid of any Proposer if the City of Vidalia believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Proposer, whether because the proposal is not responsive or the Proposer is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City of Vidalia.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting Preparation, Turf and Grasses, Plants, Planting Accessories.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Storm Utility Water Drains, Ponds and Reservoirs.
