Brentwood Boulevard Sewer and Water Main - 562-56392 - City of Brentwood

Site work for a water / sewer project in Brentwood, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. This project will install a 12" sewer main, 12" water main and 8" non-potable water main, approximately 2,360', along Brentwood Boulevard from Lone Tree Way to 200' south of Delta Road. This project will also provide lateral stubs for Sims Road, service laterals for existing properties along Brentwood Boulevard and sewer and water service for existing residents and future development, along Brentwood Boulevard north of Lone Tree Way. This project is currently in the City of Brentwood's FY 2020-2023 CIP. As of June 10, 2022, funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2025. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
