Description | This is an extended response-period RFP. Proposals will be considered through June 30, 2024 for a coterminous contract ending June 30, 2025. SCOPE OF WORK Awarded Proposer(s) shall provide: 9.1 Sports-related equipment and supplies, to include, but not limited to the following sports: 9.1.1 Baseball/Softball 9.1.2 Basketball 9.1.3 Cheerleading/Dance 9.1.4 Football 9.1.5 Golf 9.1.6 Powerlifting 9.1.7 Soccer 9.1.8 Swimming/Diving 9.1.9 Tennis 9.1.10 Track/Cross Country 9.1.11 Volleyball 9.1.12 Wrestling 9.2 Miscellaneous athletic equipment and supplies, to include, but not limited to: 9.2.1 Athletic Lockers 9.2.2 Batteries (e.g., Frios Ice Chests and Gators) 9.2.3 Fans (Sideline/Industrial) 9.2.4 Gators, Utility Vehicles, Trainer’s Carts 9.2.5 Scoreboards and Clocks 9.2.6 Storage Sheds/Containers 9.2.7 Swimming Pool Equipment and Chemicals 9.2.8 Training Room Equipment and Supplies 9.2.9 Weight Room Equipment and Supplies 9.3 Athletic-related services, to include, but not limited to: 9.3.1 Field and Turf Maintenance and Repair 9.3.2 Gym Floor Maintenance and Varnishing 9.3.3 Reconditioning of Sports Helmets: 9.3.3.1 All replacement/repair must be original parts. 9.3.3.2 Awarded Proposer(s) shall perform an inventory of all District equipment, as requested by the Athletics Director, to determine which items should be reconditioned and which items should be removed from inventory for safety reasons. 9.3.3.3 Awarded Proposer(s) shall provide the District with a detailed inventory report of all equipment, as requested by the Athletics Director, which shall consist of the total count of equipment repaired, total count of equipment rejected, and total count of equipment remaining in the District’s inventory. 9.3.3.4 Awarded Proposer(s) shall provide the option to exchange equipment under warranty at the time of reconditioning. 9.3.3.5 Awarded Proposer(s) shall be a member of the National Athletic Equipment Preconditioner’s Association (“NAERA”) and must be able to re-certify all equipment according to the standard of the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment. Proposer shall provide copy of certificate with submittal. 9.3.4 Scoreboard repairs 9.3.5 Swimming pool maintenance service |
