Description | The Niskayuna Central School District invites sealed bids, in duplicate, for: Site Work Environmental (Abatement) General Construction Plumbing HVAC Electrical For the: 2021 Capital Project - Phase 2A. The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the DATAFLOW project portal website for a non-refundable cost of $79.00. A compact disc (CD) of the bid documents may also be obtained from DATAFLOW (telephone: 518-463-2192, fax: 518-449-3068) upon payment of a non-refundable amount of $79.00. If a CD, there is an additional $15.00 for shipping and handling per CD. Checks shall be made payable to DATAFLOW, Inc. Upon returning sets promptly to DATAFLOW, Inc. within 30 days after the date of the Bid opening, deposits will be refunded as follows: l. Any Bidder who submits a bid will be refunded its deposit for paper contract documents in full. 2. A Bidder who does not submit a bid will not be refunded its deposit. 3. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and others will be refunded their deposits in full. 4. All Bidding/Contract Documents (except for those held by Successful Bidders) must be returned to DATAFLOW, Inc., at the above address. 5. Deposits will not be refunded for documents returned in unusable condition or after 30 days RIGHT TO WAIVE OR REJECT The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. BID SECURITY Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. COMPLETION TIME The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 entitled "Summary of Work." INSPECTION OF SITE Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and will be able to visit at the convenience of the Niskayuna Central School District with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior notification to Katie Lasher, Turner Construction, (857) 301-3322 or e-mail klasher@tcco.com. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Bidding/Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
