RFP Construction Manager - Utahraptor State Park Department of Natural Resources

This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes Construction of the new Utahraptor State Park located in the Dalton Wells / Willow Springs area just north of the Moab area along US191. and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding. No others are to be contacted regarding this project.The RFP documents, including the selection requirements and the Project Schedule, will be available on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 The Contractor for the project must be a Utah licensed General Contractor. Association with other individuals or firms having appropriate professional expertise is acceptable. The State will enter into a single agreement with the successful Contractor. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Fixed Contract Price Limit, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on an AIA Document A310-2010 Bid Bond form, or equivalent, shall accompany the Contractor's Cost Proposal. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the State.
