The Contractor shall provide professional services to complete a bid-ready set of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for rehabilitation of pavement on Taxiway R from Taxiway Q to Taxiway P. Work includes evaluating the storm drains with CCTV inspections and repairing/replacing as needed. Activities are anticipated to include an Engineer's Design Report (EDR), Environmental Documentation, PFAS Testing, Hydrologic & Hydraulic (H&H) report, Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP), Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), Assistance during Bidding, Design Closeout Documentation, and Assistance during Construction.
