Description | Joeris General Contractors is inviting you to provide pricing for the HEB Austin 02 - Refrigeration Upgrade & Merch Remodel located at 6607 South Interstate 35 Frontage Road Austin Texas, 78744. This project consists of a remodel of the existing building space. This project consists of all Demolition & remodel of selective interior Space, Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. Please note the following Alternates: Bid Alternate #1: Contractor to remove existing vinyl tile flooring at sales floor area visible to the public, including the following areas sales, frozen foods, beer & wine, dairy, seafood, market, produce, deli, bakery, business center, floral & vestibules. Bid Alternate #2: Replace Dairy Cooler & All Dairy Cooler Components Indicated in Plans. Replacement of the evaporator coils, condensate, and refrigeration system shall be included in the base bid Bid Alternate #3: Replace Market Cooler/Market Prep/ Market Holding Boxes and all Market Cooler/Market Prep/ Market Holding Box Components indicated in Plans. Bid Alternate #4: Remove Quarry Tile in Bakery Prep, Deli Prep, Deli Cooler, Market Prep, Market Cooler & Seafood Prep Areas. In all areas where Quarry Tile is removed to receive new PU-2 Floor Topping Finish, Pour New PU-2 Finish to Provide Positive Drainage to trench drains or floor drains at Prep & Cooler Areas. All Transitions to and from New PU-2 Flooring to be Smooth. Bid Alternate#5: Replace Lighting Fixtures at Wareroom, Pharmacy, Patient Ed Room, Front Admin Rooms (At & Below Mezzanine), and Exterior Areas as Indicated in Plans. **See plans for further explanation on Alternates **PLEASE PRICE ALL WORK AS NIGHTWORK |
