| Description | Sale of pine and incidental hardwood on 185 acres of Department of Natural Resources (DNR) property located on Ocmulgee WMA in Bleckley County. The sale area is located approximately twelve (12) miles northwest of Cochran, GA off Magnolia Road and WMA roads; The location is further described by Georgia Atlas & Gazetteer page 43, block D7. This timber sale consists of three stands totaling 185 acres of planted loblolly pine; sale boundaries are SMZs are marked in blue paint. Forest products include pine pulpwood, pine chip & saw, pine saw timber, pine poles and incidental hardwood. Timber volumes will not be provided; buyers should make their own estimation of volume. |
