Description The scope of work for this project is to replace Air handling Units, chilled water/hot water piping along with accompanying ductwork for the Surgery (AHU 1AC2-14) and for the recovery (AHU 1AC2-13). The Surgery system will be converted from 100% outside air to the quantity required to comply with the VA design Manual (4 air changes per hour). Project also includes the replacement of grease exhaust fans serving the canteen. To ensure proper climate control is achieved, the air handling units shall be equipped with an automatic humidification system that can be remotely monitored.
