| Description | We warrant the Work to be in accordance with the Contract Documents. We shall provide all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to correct work not in conformance with the Contract Documents or that becomes or is found to be defective within years after the Date of Substantial Completion. We will bear the cost of making good any damage caused by the defective work, including damage caused by its correction or removal, to the Owner's property or to property for which the Owner is liable. This warranty shall not apply to work which has been abused, neglected, or altered by others or to work for which the Owner has previously given the Contractor a written acceptance of the defect. The warranty period shall begin at Noon on the date of Substantial Completion. |
