Description

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a Responsible Bidder to construct a new gravity sewer system, lift station and force main, remove and replace existing water mains and water services, remove and replace existing drainage, remove and replace existing roads, remove and replace existing concrete driveways and sidewalks, restoration will include sodding and landscape all as part of the septic tank phase-out project to remove from service approximately 480 residential septic tanks.
