| Description | To provide Annual Boiler Service. All boiler services to include combustion analysis and CSD1 inspection. Front, inner, and rear doors to be opened for access and inspection to pressure vessel, tube sheets and refractory. All hand holes, manholes and low water cut off to be opened and removed for visual inspection to the waterside of the boiler. Once the boiler is opened an internal inspection to be performed by the state boiler inspector. The Boilers waterside to be flushed to remove any mud or loose scale. The boilers fireside to be inspected, including all tubes and furnace. If soot is present, the boiler tubes need to be brushed and vacuumed. |
