Description

The primary work to be performed under this contract includes construction of the 1140 Boston Avenue Site Plan Improvements. Project work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Removal of concrete and asphalt pavement; 2. Removal of concrete curb and gutter; 3. Installation of new concrete pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter; 4. Installation of new asphalt pavement; 4. Parking lot striping; 5. A handicap parking stall with signage; 6. Concrete wheel stops; 7. Bike rack; Railing; 8. Weed mitigation and tree removal; 9. Landscaping improvements; 10. Irrigation system improvements; and 11. CMU block wall installation.
