Fuel Station Maintenance (Liquified Natural Gas) -

The Contractor must perform at least the following tasks 1.Conduct safety walk-through inspections. Document any deficiencies that are found. Resolve or repair deficiencies immediately and document such repairs. 2.Perform leak inspections on all process piping. Resolve or repair deficiencies immediately and document such repairs. 3.Drain moisture from vent stack 4.Inspect fill and vent hoses. Check for leaks, damage, and wear (loose braid conditions). Repair or replace as necessary. 5.Inspect all dispenses (CNG and LNG) for leaks and malfunctions. Repair as necessary. 6.Ensure there is an adequate amount of Mercaptan in the Odorant Tank. Fill as necessary. 7.Inspect high pressure pump seals, ensure pump is operating, has oil, and inspect the belts. 8.Inspect valves, piping, and tanks for leaks and malfunctions. Repair as necessary. 9.Inspect air compressor belts. Check compressor oil level. Add oil and replace worn belts if necessary. 10.Inspect dispenser ground clamp. Repair or replace any missing or damaged parts as necessary. 11.Inspect fuel nozzles for damage, leaks, and excessive wear. Repair as necessary. 12.Drain air compressor tank and/or water separator. 13.Inspect LNG tanks for signs of corrosion. Repair as necessary and check plugs and fittings on vent stack. 14.Ensure fire extinguishers are charged and functional. 15.Perform visual inspection of entire station for leaks. Repair as necessary. 16.Clean dispenser blower motor filters. 17.Clean LNG Control Panel Air Conditioner Air Filter. 18.Function check all valves (manual and automatic), Electronic Controls, Pneumatic Controls, Temperature Controls, and ESD Switches. Replace or repair inoperable or malfunctioning items. 19.Ensure Sump Pump is operating. Remove any debris from drain. Repair as necessary. 20.Check plugs and fittings on vent stack. Repair or replace as necessary. 21.Replace air dryer filter elements and desiccant cartridges. Blow instrument air lines. 22.Inspect CNG Odorant system. 23.Visually inspect Safety Relief Valves. Replace damaged or blown safety relief valves. 24.Purge air lines of all water. 25.Inspect station ground circuit. Repair as necessary. 26.Calibrate Methane and Fire Detection System and check operation of ESD system. 27.Inspect oil in LCNG pump, change if necessary. Refer to attached O&M Manual for correct oil. 28.Perform facility housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, touch-up paint, and replacement of light bulbs as needed. 29.Replace any signage as necessary. 30.Inspect LNG tank and CNG storage tanks for corrosion/rust. 31.Unless covered by warranty as part of the fuel station upgrade, perform any quarterly maintenance tasks associated with the new equipment installed as outlined in Section g. (refer to attached O&M manual and warranty letter).
