Division Street Improvements

The work includes the construction of approximately: 320 Lin Ft 8" Watermain 280 Lin Ft 1" to 2" Water Service Pipe 275 Ton Bituminous Pavement 9 Each Curb Stop and Box 300 Cu Yd Aggregate Base Class 5 250 Lin Ft B618 Concrete Curb & Gutter 1280 Sq Ft Salvage & Reinstall Brick Pavers together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to a Responsible Contractor Certification. All work under the Contract must be complete by 08/01/2023. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Buffalo shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
