| Description | Bids not submitted on this form may be disqualified. The board of supervisors, hancock county, reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Dense grade limestone-the material shall consist of one hundred percent (100%) astm #7 - #78 - #57 - #610, containing not more than twenty percent (20%) thin or elongated pieces and in addition shall meet the following requirements: Percentage of wear, los angeles test-not more than fifty percent (50%). When subjected to five (5) cycles of the soundness test, by use of magnesium sulfate, the weighted percentage of loss shall not be more than fifteen (15). When composite blend of the three (3) components from approved source(s) shall fall within the following master graduation, based on aggregates of uniform specific gravity. |
