Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid.
