Construct a new 40’ x 80’ pole barn with a 12’ x 16’ outdoor covered area. Wall Information; Inside clear height 14 Feet 6 x 6 treated post embedded into ground with a minimum depth of 3’-6” Place post on a concrete footing base 18” diameter by 9” deep Post spacing shall be 8’ on center Install 2 x 12 treated collar interior and exterior at truss bearing Install horizontal 2 x 4 purlins at 2’ on center Exterior panel shall be Pro Rib metal panels by Midwest Manufacturing, color galvanized Trim color, galvanized Fastener location to be placed in the flat section of the panels Provide 2 x 8 or double 2 x 6 T & G treated grade board Provide 2 18” x 24” gable end vents, white in color Floor Finish: Minimum 4” thick concrete slab with 6 x 6/W2.9 x W2.9 WWF Perimeter to have an 18” rat wall Place concrete over 6 mil poly and 4” sand base Roof Information: Trusses spaced at 4’-0” on center 4/12 truss pitch Place 2 x 4 purlins flat on truss at 2’-0” on center Roof panels shall be Pro Rib metal panels by Midwest Manufacturing, color galvanized Trim color, galvanized Universal Ridge Cap Fastener location to be placed on the rib No end wall overhang 2’ sidewall overhang 6” white fascia and white vented soffit, aluminum Provide snow guard at all eaves Include all closure strips as required Door information: Proved (2) 18’ x 12’ non-insulated overhead garage doors at each gable end Standard torsion spring track Install a 25’ x 10’, 6” thick concrete stoop at each OH door Provide (2) 3-0” x 6’-8” steel passage door with entrance lockset and threshold Electrical Requirements Provide minimum 3” conduit for owner to provide future electrical service
