Siding, Electrical, Brake Work

The back of the house has an addition that has been car-sided paneled. This needs to be house wrapped and sided with vinyl siding matching existing siding. The breezeway needs all wood framing on the outside encased with coil stock. Must remove storm windows and reuse after framing has been capped. Install two new storm doors. The front door of home needs weather foam seals installed in the jamb and floor sweep installed. Using one of the discarded storm doors hardware to rebuild the hardware on the front door storm to operational. Install soffit and Facia on all exterior over hangs. Vents will need to be cut in on house over hangs. Solid soffit on back shed roof. Some of the wood fascia will need boards replaced before encapsulating. Install two lights on back doors of home with separate single pull switches. All work requires permits.
