Miscellaneous COF Upgrades

This project includes miscellaneous work at the Citys central sewer operations facility. It includes the removal of approximately 1040 square yards of pavement and concrete, followed by grading, paving, installation of a parking area, concrete retaining wall, several 4" ductile iron drainpipes, a driveway, sidewalk, landscaping, and chain link fence and gate replacement. Also included will be underground electrical work, several electrical panel installations, installation of approximately 260 linear feet of 6" watermain, (2) hydrants, the repair or replacement of an 18" sewer gate valve, wet well and valve vault access hatch replacement, the relocation of an irrigation sprinkler controller and the demolition of a 300 square foot brick and CMU structure. Sewer bypass pumping and traffic control will be required to complete the project.
