Description

Plans call to construct, furnish and equip a community center that will be approximately 17,000 -/+ square fee for the building. It will be located on 3.5 acres of land the Town has acquired, located on Quail Run Road. Furnishing will include meeting room, chairs, tables, audio equipment and smart screen. Equipment will also include commercial kitchen appliances and cooking items for events such as senior lunches for the community. As of August 28, 2023, there are no plans to move forward with design or construction. This is Phase 2 of a 2 Phase project.
