Replace Radiant Heaters - B140

Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to Replace Radiant Heaters of B140. All components of the existing heaters shall be removed including the electrical, suspension hanging equipment, mounting hardware, all heater components, and exhaust pipes. Each of the 4 heating arms are 50 feet long. The replacement heaters shall meet the same specifications as the existing heaters while also correcting the chronic radiant heat tube expansion and separation failures. Investigating into the root cause of the radiant heat tube separation will be very important for the success of this project. Additionally, new surface mounted conduit, electrical wiring, and ventilation system shall be installed. The end result of this project will result in the replacement and correction of the existing radiant heaters in building 140.
