Description

The scope of this 42,358 sf, one-story building renovation project will consist of design and construction for a roof replacement, foundation repair, refresh of interior finishes, refresh of exterior finishes and site improvements, ductwork cleaning, test and balancing of MEP equipment and addition of electrical outlets. As part of the foundation repair, include a structural assessment to determine the cause for interior slab distress that has led to the cracking of some interior partitions and isolated sloping of areas of the floor slab.
