Professional architectural and/or engineering assistance for discrete, small projects such as investigations, studies, reports, design of small projects, and related services. Location of Work: Central Virginia Region-To include Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center (Chesterfield County), Virginia Public Safety Training Center (Hanover County), and Barrett Juvenile Correctional Center (Hanover County), or Central Office (Richmond City) Period Of Contract: One Year-with option for four additional years renewals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
