Approximate quantities are as follows: Sawcut Pavement 270 L.F. \ Pulverize Asphalt Pavement 2,100 S.Y. \ Excavation 155 C.Y. \ Excavation Below Subgrade 70 C.Y. \ CMP Removal 104 L.F. \ Asphalt Removal 500 S.Y. \ Concrete Removal 955 S.F. \ 8" CMP 30 L.F. \ 24"x 18" CMP 140 L.F. \ 24" x 18" End Section 2 EA. \ Catch Basin 1 EA \ Rip-Rap 4 C.Y. \ Base Aggregate Dense 960 TON \ Fine Grading 1,530 S.Y. \ Concrete Slab 220 S.F. \ HMA Pavement 5 LT 58-28 S 615 TON \ HMA Pavement 3 LT 58-28 S 200 TON \ Bid Security in the form of a cashier's check or certified check payable to the Village of Nashotah, or a Bid Bond without conditions to the Village of Nashotah in the amount of five (5) percent of the base bid shall be submitted with the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a proper contract and bond will be executed and filed within 10 days after the acceptance of the bid. If such bidder fails to execute and file such contract, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
