2020 Bond - Park Improvements - Pleasant Hill Recreation and Park District Measure A, a $63 million bond and tax proposal. It would fund the following improvements at 13 different sites: 10. School House Site Costs $ 15,794,206 Project to include: Multi-Purpose Center (18,000 square foot) Parking (48) As of Setpember 28, 2023, this project is conceptual. Voters approved a bond initiative for $63.5 million to fund this project. The bond held March 3, 2020 failed. The board will not make a decision regarding another reelection until December 2023. Design will start after voters approve funding. Bidding for contractor or a firm construction timeline have not been established.
