| Description | The project is within the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority’s (GCRTA) Joint Territory on which all GCRTA revenue trains operate. The location of the bungalow is on the north side of the tracks and approximately 1,670-feet west of the GCRTA’s E. 34th Street rapid train station. The work includes repair the of the bungalow floor with concrete, cutback and removal of vegetation and installation of foundation around the perimeter of the structure and installation drainage system on the north side of the structure. It will be necessary to do some of the excavation by hand in order to prevent damaging buried utilities. |
