Description

The construction of a concrete apron expansion on the north end of Concourse A terminal apron. The scope of work generally includes the removal of existing concrete pavement, existing asphalt shoulder, and the existing airfield lighting system; the crushing and reuse of the removed concrete pavement; removal and replacement of approximately 7,400 cubic yards of earthwork; construction of approximately 5,600 square yards of apron pavement and 2,400 square yards of apron shoulder; installation of taxiway edge lights, and airfield signage; installation of the underdrain system, temporary and permanent erosion control; and installation of pavement markings as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.
