| Description | This is an as needed Emergency Environmental Cleanup and Remediation contract for MDOT Right of Way. Contractor will receive detailed instruction from MDOT when an accident occurs that requires immediate environmental cleanup. Contractor will then carry out the environmental cleanup and remediation work per timetable set by MDOT, immediate response will be necessary, Contractor must be prepared to respond to accidents at any time including weekends and holidays and must be able to get to sites quickly. The contractor is responsible for all necessary Emergency Environmental Cleanup necessary to open roads and eliminate immediate environmental threats |
