The project is within the Harvest Green subdivision in Fort Bend County. It is within the boundaries of Fort Bend County M.U.D. No. 134E and is in the City of Houston ETJ and City of Richmond ETJ. It is located west on West Airport approximately 0.46 mile from its intersection with Hwy. 99 (Grand Parkway) to Harlem Road, then continue west on Harvest Garden Boulevard approximately 0.50 miles, continue south onto Harvest Home Drive approximately 0.37 miles, then west on Fresh Garden Way 0.28 miles to proposed site.
